Alix Brown
Alix was one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and successful REALTORS® in Vancouver, which she served from 1980 until 2023. Now as an Unlicensed Assistant, she continues to assist Smart Realty Group to meet the needs and expectations of both buyers and sellers. Throughout her career, Alix established a word-of-mouth reputation for thoroughness, instinct and market perception which she has instilled in her other team members. She has an excellent relationship with the community of REALTORS® whose confidence in her reputation as well as in her team members are to the benefit of their clients. This rapport is of particular value in bringing buyer and seller, and their agents, into a successful conclusion of a sale.
Alix has received Life Member status of the Medallion Club for over 25+ consecutive years earning her a Life Time Achievement from the Medallion Club. This is only awarded to the top 10% of realtors.
Shona Hurst
Shona is an outgoing, knowledgeable and perceptive REALTOR®, who adds her years of real estate experience (since 1989) in commercial and residential appraisal as well as residential sales to the partnership. Outgoing and market-aware, with prodigious energy, she too is particularly well placed to serve the West Side clientele. Caitlin Hurst
Caitlin joins Alix and Shona after almost a decade in the Marketing industry. Caitlin began her career in London England, working for Legendary Entertainment marketing Hollywood films, before joining advertising agency McCann Canada in Toronto. Following her return to Vancouver, she managed all advertising initiatives for the Vancouver Art Gallery. She brings a wealth of marketing knowledge, an outgoing personality, and international business acumen to complement this dynamic team.
